As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with questions and requests, communicate clearly, and help them find suitable solutions. You’ll use customer service skills and professional phone etiquette to create helpful, respectful interactions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, listen to their needs, and explain relevant products or services in clear English.
- Support sales conversations by identifying relevant options and using appropriate upselling techniques without losing sight of the customer’s needs.
- receiving stock, pricing products, and putting products away in their appropriate place.
- Daily store maintenance and cleaning responsibilities.
Skills
Required: Strong communication skills, customer service ability, qualified phone etiquette, and practical analysis skills support effective customer interactions .
Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 36.0 per week
