Here's what we're looking for:
- Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
- Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.
- Genuine love for working with kids.
- A caring, compassionate, and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.
In addition, candidates must have:
- A clear criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening
- A Level 3** ECE certificate: REQUIRED*
- Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
- Experience with Toddlers or Preschoolers: REQUIRED
