Build and improve AI systems for LiveCA, a Canadian remote-first CPA firm, with tools, integrations, and data infrastructure at the center. Work remotely from any Canadian city, province, or territory.

In this manager-level role, you will design, build, and deploy automations using AI tools, APIs, Apps Script, and other methods. You will also support firm-wide AI education, analyze operational data, and present evidence-based recommendations. LiveCA seeks five-plus years of management, operations, or product leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy AI tools and integrations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in management, operations, or product leadership

- Daily comfort using AI for documentation and communication
- Experience analyzing data, spotting trends, and measuring impact
- Ability to translate technical work for non-technical audiences
