This Business Analyst bridges business and production needs with technological solutions. You will analyze processes, gather stakeholder needs, document requirements, and guide system improvements. The work supports Cabico’s integrated management software ecosystem and Industry 4.0 approach.

- Analyze and measure business and manufacturing processes
- Gather stakeholder needs and identify root causes
- Define requirements, business rules, and use cases
- Support testing, acceptance, and solution go-live

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years in business analysis, improvement, or engineering
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and process modelling
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
