Weekend Production Supervisor

- Rubber King Performance Flooring, a premium fitness flooring brand serving retail and e-commerce markets.
- International Polyurethane Solutions, a manufacturer of premium-quality polyurethane binders, casting resins, and spray-coating products.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our weekend production team. Working Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production schedules are met. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and making real-time decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate daily production activities and prioritize work to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
- Train,



coach, and support employees in safe work practices, equipment operation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production performance and make operational adjustments to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Promote quality standards and ensure production orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Champion 5S and Lean manufacturing principles to maintain an organized, efficient, and high-performing workplace.
- Participate in employee performance management, including coaching, discipline, and hiring activities.
- Ensure accurate production reporting, inventory control, and employee timekeeping.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial workplace.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
- Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with production scheduling, inventory control,



or continuous improvement initiatives is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and production-related computer systems.
- Ability to work a weekend schedule of Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition, Dinoflex Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, profit-sharing opportunities, and the chance to be part of a growing, employee-focused organization.

This is an on-site supervisory position based in Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
