YOUR ROLE IN OUR JOURNEY

We’re looking for a Last Mile Dispatcher to help support our delivery operations. In this part-time, remote role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for drivers during active routes. You’ll monitor deliveries in real time, resolve issues as they come up, and help make sure every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly and professionally, and is comfortable multitasking in a quick-paced, tech-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Dispatch Operations
● Monitor active delivery routes and provide real-time operational support to drivers throughout the day
● Respond promptly to driver questions about delivery instructions, routing, and customer requests
● Monitor Onfleet, Slack, and other communication channels to stay on top of operations
● Identify operational issues and take action to minimize delivery disruptions

Driver Support
● Monitor driver arrivals and departures to keep routes on schedule
● Coordinate driver replacements or route coverage when issues arise
● Communicate route updates, delays, and changes clearly and professionally




● Escalate operational concerns to a Coordinator or the Distribution Lead as needed

Operational Coordination & Communication
● Verify delivery exceptions, cancellations, and reassigned routes
● Maintain accurate dispatch logs and operational documentation
● Complete end-of-day closeout activities and share key updates with the team
● Maintain professional, solutions-focused communication with drivers, Customer Experience, and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
● Excellent spoken and written English
● Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or operations considered an asset
● Strong multitasking and organizational skills
● Excellent written communication skills
● Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure
● Comfortable using Google Workspace, Onfleet, Slack, and other operational software
● Strong attention to detail and sound judgment

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
● Part-time: Sundays & Mondays, with full-day availability required both days
● Remote role: open to candidates anywhere in Canada
● Exact shift times to be confirmed

COMPENSATION
● Hourly wage: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
