We are looking for a new team member in the role of:

Operations Maintenance Manager

This very integral role has the overall responsibility for all aspects of maintenance of the entire housing portfolio, including all buildings, structures, grounds and related components.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all Aspects of Building Operations – including Scheduling of Preventative Maintenance Program

· Manage a team of Employees and Subcontractors to ensure Quality of Maintenance and Completion Deadlines

· Management of Assets: identify any improvements, maintenance, projects and efficiencies for the facilities and properties

· Budget and Financial Management

· Attend Tenant Meetings to address Maintenance Issues and Concerns

· Inventory Management for Materials, Supplies and Equipment

· Process Work Orders and Invoices through TDHF PO System

· Respond Immediately to Emergencies; during both regular working hours and on call time

Requirements:

· Education and/or Experience in a Relevant Trade

· Excellent Organization and Management Skills





· Exceptional Communication Skills in dealing with a Diverse Group of People

· Ability to Collect Information and Assess Situations to Develop a Plan to Proceed

· Strong Knowledge of Building Systems, Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management

· Computer Competency, specifically in MS Word and Excel

· Valid Drivers License with an Acceptable Drivers Abstract for Insurance Purposes

· Ability to Pass a Vulnerable Sector Search

We Offer:

· $75 000 - $95 000 Based on Experience

· Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm with some On-Call Responsibility
