Job Summary:

The Chemical Dispenser/Batcher is responsible for accurately weighing, dispensing, and batching raw materials according to approved manufacturing formulas and batch records. This role supports safe, compliant, and efficient production operations in accordance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow written procedures precisely, and physically capable of handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials as per approved batch records and formulations.
- Perform batching activities as per the approved manufacturing procedure.
- Verify raw materials, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates prior to use.
- Operate mixers, pumps, homogenizers, and other batching equipment safely.
- Blend batches of essential oils, fragrances as needed.
- Understand and follow manufacturing instructions detailed on the batch tickets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensing and batching areas.
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation clearly and accurately
- Transfer chemicals and bulk products between warehouse, compounding, and storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and compounding areas.
- Identify and report discrepancies, deviations, or equipment issues to supervision
- Support audits, inspections,



and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or chemical background preferred)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Proficient in basic Math and English.
- Familiarity with GMP or similar regulatory standards preferred.
- First aid certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

- Ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
- Work environment may involve moisture, dust, noise, and temperature variation.
- Must follow personal hygiene and safety procedures as per SOPs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a production environment for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 per hour
