Manage automotive programs at Magna using cost analysis, APQP disciplines, and cross-functional leadership across multiple program phases.

This Program Manager supports Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting programs from conception through production. The work covers budgets, customer commitments, suppliers, timing plans, and open issues across internal and external teams. You will coordinate Cross Functional Teams, support customer negotiations, and provide program guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage program tasks, activities, costs, and multiple phases
- Monitor budgets, suppliers, issues, milestones, and monthly reports
- Lead Cross Functional Teams and maintain accountability
- Drive APQP, launch readiness reviews,



and flawless launch activities
- Manage production and prototype tool progress

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or Engineering
- Or five years of relevant high-volume production experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical devices
- Supplier technical representation experience with original equipment manufacturers
- Some travel required
