We are seeking a Licensed Residential Service Plumber (306A) to play a key role in establishing and growing this new division. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in their craft and wants to help build something new—while being supported by an established, respected company.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform residential plumbing service work, including repairs, installations, and replacements
- Conduct plumbing inspections and drain cleaning services
- Diagnose issues accurately and provide transparent, upfront pricing to customers
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options professionally
- Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness,



and professionalism on every job
- Assist in developing processes, standards, and best practices for JD Swallow’s new Plumbing Division

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Plumbing License – 306A (Required)
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Bonus: Gas fitting experience or certification
