The Suitor is a men’s clothing shop specializing in suits, custom tailoring, and personalized styling. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to help grow our business by attracting new customers, generating appointments, and converting online inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and attract prospective customers to our retail store.
- Communicate with potential customers through email, telephone, social media, and online messaging.
- Schedule in-store consultations and fittings.
- Manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with our tailoring and styling team throughout the sales process.
- Assist customers with purchases, payments, and order coordination.
- Track marketing performance,
appointments, customer conversions, and sales revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in sales and converting inquiries into paying customers.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
