Our client, a leading retail organization specializing in sports and seasonal merchandise, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be part of the Sports & Seasonal Department supporting store operations and team leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

- Lead, support, and work alongside a team of associates in daily store operations
- Provide coaching, direction, and on-the-floor support during peak periods
- Actively participate in freight handling, stocking, and merchandising activities
- Ensure the store environment is customer-ready and well-merchandised
- Support seasonal department changeovers and store resets throughout the year

What's Needed?

- Experience in high-volume retail or similar fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with freight handling, stockroom operations, and inventory replenishment




- Knowledge of seasonal merchandising, planograms, and store resets
- Comfortable handling large, heavy, and bulky merchandise
- Strong leadership skills with operational involvement and team support abilities
