Matrex Window System Inc. is currently looking to add a full-time Project Coordinator to our growing team. Responsibilities:

· Facilitate project schedules to ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget

· Develop project plans, scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders

· Ensure resource availability from suppliers and allocation of resources based on project schedule

· Track and manage changes in project schedules, scope and costs by issuing RFI’s, COR’s, etc.

· Create order lists based on drawings and project scope for purchasing and production

· Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders

· Create and maintain complete project documentation

· Utilize proprietary software to finalize building elevations to use for purchasing and production

· Coordination between internal departments and relevant site and client personnel

· Coordinate internal and external meetings for project kick off and review of scope

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as project coordinator in Window wall or Curtain Wall is a MUST

· Understanding of blueprints/drawings and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings

· Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills





· Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and PDF files

· AutoCAD experience and knowledge an asset
