Teach French across Grades 1-8 at Vancouver Waldorf School in a full time 0.9 FTE position requiring French teaching experience.

This permanent teaching position delivers 50-minute French classes two to three times weekly per grade. Applicants should have university-level French studies, fluent written and spoken French and English, and BC Teaching Certification or the ability to qualify. Waldorf classroom experience is preferred, with mentoring provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare lessons aligned with Waldorf and BC curricula
- Teach French classes for Grades 1-8
- Supervise recess periods
- Attend section and full faculty meetings
- Complete reports and participate in parent meetings

Requirements:

- French subject teaching experience
- University-level French studies
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- BC Teacher Certification or ability to qualify
- Five or more years of teaching preferred
