The Warehouse Specialist is a six-month fixed-term, unionized contract supporting customer service and workplace performance. This position processes Wakefield and Castrol transfers, participates in warehouse control, and follows standard operating procedures. Work occurs in plant and warehouse settings, with periodic outdoor duties and hours adjusted for production demands, workloads, vacations, or absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and stock transfers accurately
- Participate in warehouse control and inventory counts
- Receive direction from the Warehouse Lead Hand
- Attend safety and compliance seminars
- Support Wakefield policies, procedures, and special projects
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent with positive comprehension
- Valid AZ license and lift truck certification
- LOTO training and related warehouse experience
- Ability to move case goods and drum stock
- Internet navigation skills or aptitude for training
