Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Control Agent to join their team. As a Quality Control Agent, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Agent
Location: British Columbia (Remote)
Pay Range: $29/hr
Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Conduct Quality Monitors, Coaching, and Reporting to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Review quality trends to identify areas for improvement and best practices to maintain a Best in Class performance.
- Create and maintain training curriculum and oversee the publication of SOPs in the approved format.
- Monitor phone calls and electronic communications to ensure the customer experience exceeds expectations.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members,



ensuring adherence to department guidelines and practices.

What's Needed?

- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the finance industry.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify operational opportunities, and implement continuous improvements.
