This Customer Service Sales position serves recent and existing customers at GMS Family of Locations. You will provide product knowledge, manage inquiries, and support purchasing. The work also includes customer follow up, project timelines, and collaboration with Shipping and outside sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers entering the facility
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
- Prepare project quotes and enter special orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
- Build customer relationships through reliable callbacks

Requirements:

- At least one year of Inside Sales experience
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience in a fast paced setting
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and sales experience beneficial
