Provide community nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with ParaMed in Guelph, Ontario, using assessment and care planning skills. This full time role runs 8am to 4pm and includes every third weekend.

As an RPN, you will visit patients in varied community settings and support comfort at home. You will care for patients of all ages, with support from RNs for more complex needs. The position emphasizes ethical nursing, therapeutic relationships, and independent practice within your scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend scheduled community visits and address patient needs
- Provide safe, ethical nursing care within scope
- Assess individual needs using appropriate assessment techniques
- Execute, monitor, and adjust patient care plans
- Maintain professional records of encounters and care plans

Requirements:

- Current CNO registration as an RPN in good standing
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel between patient residences
- Reliability and flexibility for scheduled and on-call coverage
