Cygnet Aviation Academy is a professional flight training organization based in Kingston, Ontario, dedicated to delivering safe, state‑of‑the‑art instruction that prepares First Officer–ready candidates for Canada’s airlines. Our client is seeking a resourceful professional recruitment specialist to promote student enrolment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate awareness and interest, respond to inquiries promptly, motivate mature learners, career-changers, or non-traditional students.Provide information and supporting students through the application process to enrollment.
- Engage prospective students and guide them from first enquiry through application, acceptance, financial readiness, enrolment, and confirmed start, supported by disciplined follow-up and accurate customer relationship management records.
- A collaborative self-starter able to identify and pursue qualified leads, generate applications, conclude enrolments, and confirmed starts, build an integrated recruitment plan across digital campaigns, referrals, attending trade shows and conferences.
- Create, in partnership with corporate communications, recruitment presentations, campaign messages, digital content, student stories and event materials that clearly communicate Cygnet’s programs and values.




- Track key performance indicators, lead sources, response times, conversion rates, campaign results, and cost per enrolled student; test new approaches and scale what works.
- Collaborate with admissions, flight operations, finance and leadership to align recruitment commitments with capacity, start dates and the best possible student experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, aviation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in student recruitment, admissions, consultative sales, growth marketing, business development, or a comparable role.
- A track record of generating leads, managing recruitment, and converting prospects into students.
- Proven ability to develop and implement work plans with measurable objectives.
- Knowledge of Canadian aviation, flight training, career-college recruitment, or airline pilot development an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, supported by experience with customer relationship management systems and performance data.

COMPENSATION $70,000- $75,000 per annum plus advantages

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
