PTW seeks an Instrumentation Manager as the main contact for clients and crews. This full-time role oversees branch operations, supports field teams, and drives performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position covers projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and direction to instrumentation field staff
- Support scheduling, staffing, efficiency, cost control, and inventory management
- Develop strategies improving branch performance and operational processes
- Monitor goals, KPIs, financial statements, and market trends




- Conduct site visits at least twice monthly

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Instrument Technician certification, Red Seal or equivalent
- Minimum five years in management or senior supervision
- Solid knowledge of instrumentation industry practices and operations
- Experience with budgeting, project management, and operational oversight
- Ability to travel within the region as required
