Coordinate packaging materials and labels onsite at Hilton Foods Canada, using inventory control, traceability, and production support skills daily.

The Packaging and Labels Coordinator manages storage, staging, and supply for production and warehouse operations. This role controls label inventory, verifies labels, and supports accurate application. It also coordinates with production, warehouse, inventory, Quality, and Production teams to maintain continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stage packaging materials according to production schedules and demand
- Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and FIFO/FEFO controls
- Verify labels against schedules, specifications, and product requirements
- Process material transactions in warehouse management systems




- Support changeovers, AGV operations, and traceability processes

Requirements:

- Two or more years in warehouse, manufacturing, or food production
- Knowledge of packaging materials and label handling processes
- Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Ability to perform reconciliation and cycle counting activities
