Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator – Ocean Freight (CargoWise) to join their team. As a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Export Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Logistics Coordinator – Ocean Freight (CargoWise)

Location: Hybrid (On-site/Remote – Greater Toronto Area preferred)

Pay Range: $29/hr to $31/hr (depending upon experience)

Work Schedule: Hybride

What's the Job?

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end ocean export shipments ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare, review, and process all required export documentation such as B/L, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Book shipments with ocean carriers and negotiate space allocation when necessary
- Enter, update, and maintain shipment data accurately within CargoWise system
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth shipment flow and resolve issues proactively

What's Needed?

- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience in ocean export operations
- Proficiency in CargoWise (mandatory – current or previous use)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills,



with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
