The Responsible Gambling Council seeks an Education and Prevention Coordinator for its PlaySmart Centre Program. You will educate patrons about gambling risks, support informed choices, and connect players or affected individuals with available services. Experience in community outreach or social services is sought.

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase awareness of the PlaySmart Centre Program
- Engage players and answer gambling-related questions
- Direct individuals to available services and supports
- Deliver activities supporting positive play habits
- Build relationships with casino and charitable gaming staff

Requirements:

- Social work, social services, adult education, or health promotion experience
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Empathy when addressing sensitive situations
- Flexible availability for varied shifts
- Valid G Class Driver's License and frequent local travel ability
