East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse for its outpatient oncology and haematology unit. The Judy Beard Day Unit contains 17 patient treatment chairs and beds. The successful candidate will coordinate daily unit activity while delivering safe, supportive care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations within the SACT treatment unit
- Safely administer and manage Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment
- Recognise and manage SACT-related side effects
- Support development of cancer patient triage skills

Requirements:

- Two years' recent relevant oncology or haematology setting experience
- Knowledge of coordinating day-to-day SACT unit activity
- Clinical expertise in safe SACT administration and management
- Confidence using supported decision-making in patient care
