We are a busy, well-established autobody shop seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and positive individual to join our team as a Front Office & Estimating Assistant.
This is a key position within our shop. You will be the first point of contact for customers while also playing an essential role behind the scenes supporting technicians and working with MPI adjusters & Estimators.

The right candidate understands that great customer service and accurate estimating go hand in hand in keeping repairs moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Write MPI estimates using Mitchell Connect based on technician findings (no hands on tear down required)
- Communicate directly with MPI estimators and adjusters regarding active claims
- Ensure compliance with MPI rules and procedures
- Answer phones and respond professionally to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk operations
- Process invoices & Organize and file paperwork
- Help maintain parts organization and occasionally retrieve parts for technicians
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience dealing with MPI claims (required)
- Experience writing MPI estimates (required)
- Proficiency with Mitchell Connect and other MPI programs (required)
- Strong understanding of Auto parts and repair processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
