As a Private Banking Associate, you will support one or more Private Banking Advisors while serving existing clients. You will address transactional banking needs, respond to queries, and support lending, mortgage, investment, and commercial lending requests. The regular position has 37.5 weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and sales support to Private Banking Advisors
- Greet clients and arrange contact with appropriate individuals
- Process wires, payments, drafts, currency exchanges, and cheque orders




- Investigate account activity and provide account and loan information
- Review documentation and monitor renewals, maturities, and expiries

Requirements:

- Experience with loan, mortgage, and investment products
- Knowledge of branch routines and other department operations
- Customer service skills for addressing client inquiries
- Critical thinking and attention to significant details
- Ability to refer clients to appropriate sources
