Apply microbiology expertise to clinical testing as a Medical Laboratory Technologist with LifeLabs. Support accurate, timely patient results across laboratory disciplines.

This temporary full time LifeLabs position runs 37.5 hours weekly through January 1, 2028. The microbiology discipline includes clinical testing, quality control, analyzer maintenance, and potential cross training across departments. Variable shifts occur between 0500 and 0030, primarily Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform clinical testing and release accurate patient results
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers
- Monitor quality control and investigate discrepancies
- Validate reagent lots and support recent methods




- Use laboratory systems for specimen processing and reporting

Requirements:

- Registration through CAMLPR pathways or CSMLS certification
- Recent microbiology experience within five years preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems and laboratory software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
