Lead Front of House operations at PURE Casino Lethbridge with strong service leadership, training, and financial accuracy across hospitality venues.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you oversee the Stagecoach Grill, Buffalo Bar and Showroom, cocktail service, catering, and event spaces. You work with the Executive Sous Chef and Assistant General Manager to deliver guest experiences and support financial results. You model PURE Values through explicit expectations, coaching, compliance, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage restaurant, bar, showroom, casino floor, and banquet operations
- Deliver onboarding, coaching, refresher training, and performance follow-up
- Resolve guest complaints and verify completed corrective actions




- Coordinate service with back of house and other departments
- Monitor budgets, costs, inventories, payroll, and financial records

Requirements:

- Two or more years of progressive Food and Beverage supervision or management
- Experience with scheduling, purchasing, inventory, cost control, and POS systems
- Strong leadership, communication, accountability, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
