Oversee facilities operations for Connective in British Columbia, combining property systems, repair coordination, and regulatory compliance. The temporary full-time schedule is Monday to Friday.

As Maintenance and Asset Manager, you will support safe, effective operations across owned and leased properties in Kamloops and Vancouver. The role includes managing infrastructure personnel, coordinating contractors, maintaining repair schedules, and developing operational budgets. You will also liaise with staff, agencies, contractors, and community members as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize property-related processes and systems
- Coordinate repairs beyond internal capabilities
- Foster relationships with program leaders and contractors




- Conduct or assist with resident-space inspections
- Review and approve invoices promptly

Requirements:

- Five years' recent property, operations, or asset management experience
- Solid listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to high customer service
- Flexibility to travel within Vancouver or Fraser Valley regions
- Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records and reference checks
