As Product & Growth Content Specialist, you will write campaign, promotional, digital advertising, product, email, lifecycle, and UX copy. You will collaborate with Product, Brand, and Marketing teams to align messaging across campaigns, marketplaces, apps, online listings, and customer journeys. The position requires three to five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write campaign, promotional, advertising, and product-page copy
- Develop email, lifecycle, automated-flow, and UX content
- Translate product features into clear customer advantages




- Maintain consistent terminology across customer touchpoints
- Refine messaging through A/B testing and performance insights

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Professional English for written and spoken contact outside Quebec
- French, eCommerce, UX copywriting, and email marketing as assets
- Experience with listed marketing and collaboration tools as an asset
