Coordinate Human Resources administration at the TTC, using office management and communication skills in a temporary hybrid position through December 2027.

Reporting to the Executive Director, People, this coordinator supervises support staff and manages administrative, office, and file support. The work includes records tracking, project coordination, reporting, and departmental communication. You will support effective programs, procedures, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise support staff and coordinate administrative office activities
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and departmental documents
- Monitor, track, maintain, and update records and files
- Coordinate programs, special projects, budgets, and contract acquisitions




- Liaise with departments and external organizations regarding assigned work

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Several years of progressively senior administrative or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of business administration principles and contemporary office procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and databases
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and Ontario Human Rights requirements
