Lead Sephora's sales floor experience in Langford with strengths in client service and team coaching. This is a regular full time position.
The Stage Experience Lead oversees sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare. You will help cast execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service. The role supports store objectives through communication, training, events, and performance development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora location
- Ensure cast execute Sephora's selling model consistently
- Support responses to client feedback and related issues
- Train cast on Client Interactive Technology
- Support in-store events aligned with client needs and store goals
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience in a similar role
- Experience at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Ability to attract, identify, train, and develop store leaders
