What You’ll Do

- Support and cultivate prospective tenant and tenant relationships
- Organize and manage marketing and advertising for our residential units
- Respond promptly to calls, voicemails, and emails regarding rental inquiries
- Conduct property showings and follow up with all prospective tenants
- Review and recommend tenant applications
- Meet with new tenants to review and sign leases
- Complete welcome appointments with tenants
- Assist with the delivery of tenant communications
- Maintain an updated, well-organized filing system




- Provide a first-class experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

- A customer-first mindset – you take pride in creating a professional, courteous, and helpful experience for every tenant.
- Creative marketing skills – comfortable taking quality photos, writing engaging communications, and advertising online.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email platforms, social media, and online listing sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in leasing, property management, marketing, and office administration is a strong asset.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend showings
