As Program Manager, Youth Transitions Support, you will oversee Directions Youth Services programs supporting youth ageing out of care. The portfolio includes Safehouse, 10K Supportive Housing, Transitions from Youth to Adult, and Directions Outreach. You will supervise assistant managers, supervisors, and frontline youth workers while managing daily operations across multiple sites. This role reports to the Program Director, Youth Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage designated programs, quality, supervision, and daily operations
- Supervise managers, supervisors, and frontline youth workers
- Monitor budgets, staffing requirements, supplies,



and service priorities
- Maintain relationships with funders and community stakeholders
- Provide afterhours support through the managers phone rotation

Requirements:

- Relevant bachelors or masters degree
- Seven years experience in a relevant domain
- Five years managing and leading team members
- Experience working with homeless and street-involved youth
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and mental health issues
