The Service Leader contributes to the success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant while developing a team of 50-100 individuals. Through the three-month JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program, you will learn how operations run a complex business. The program emphasizes leadership development, coaching culture, and team growth.

Requirements:
- Two to three or more years of full-service restaurant leadership experience
- Proven ability to develop and coach high-performing teams

- Experience managing in-store budgets and forecasts
- Openness to supporting openings across Canada and the United States
