Lead personalized spa service at the Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island, using guest care and team coordination in a Relais & Châteaux property.

As Spa Supervisor, you support the Spa Manager while helping the Ancient Cedars Spa deliver recognized service standards. You coordinate practitioners, appointments, reception, retail, and daily spa operations. The position also supports training, guest concerns, and Spa Attendant direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure personalized guest service meets Relais & Châteaux, AAA, and Forbes standards
- Support the Spa Manager as a hands-on supervisor
- Coordinate reservations, appointments, cash-outs, and practitioner schedules
- Manage product knowledge, inventory, ordering, and e-commerce orders




- Train coordinators and attendants as directed by management

Requirements:

- Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, initiative, and multitasking ability
- Ability to organize practitioner bookings professionally
- One year of spa or full-service hotel experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Spa Soft, Maestro, Excel, and Word preferred
