Support global sales operations remotely for Payward Services with RFP management, CRM accuracy, and pipeline reporting across financial infrastructure.
As Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Business Development across PWS and xStocks. You will manage RFPs and DDQs, qualify inbound leads, and maintain accurate CRM data. The work connects Sales with Solutions, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own RFP and DDQ responses from kickoff through submission
- Coordinate cross-functional contributions and drive deadlines
- Prepare client diligence meetings and track action items
- Maintain Attio CRM data and pipeline reporting
- Summarize customer insights and emerging product feedback
Requirements:
- Three or more years in sales operations, support, or proposals
- Experience managing complex RFPs, DDQs, or questionnaires
- Hands-on CRM experience; Attio, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Robust writing, editing, and document formatting skills
- Understanding of institutional and B2B financial services sales
