Arcadis seeks a Construction Site Coordinator to supervise assigned work packages across heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will support quality, regulatory compliance, contractor oversight, and logistical coordination. The work includes inspections, documentation, testing, commissioning, and communication with municipal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily field operations, subcontractors, trade labour, and schedules
- Verify materials, workmanship, installations, and compliance with specifications
- Initiate Non-Conformance Reports and escalate compliance issues
- Maintain inspection reports, RFI logs,



and deficiency lists
- Coordinate site access, traffic plans, and temporary road closures

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of on-site supervisory experience
- Heavy civil, rapid transit, utilities, or tunneling project experience
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree or diploma preferred
- Thorough knowledge of OHSA and local construction regulations
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and frequent travel willingness
