Forma Steel seeks a Customer Success Representative skilled in phone, email, order management, and product support at its Fort Macleod facility.
This full-time representative manages daily communication with account customers and reports to the Customer Success Manager. The work combines accurate quoting, order processing, product guidance, and coordination with sales, production, and shipping. You will help customers select suitable steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Provide pricing, specifications, availability, lead times, and order status
- Prepare quotes and process orders and changes accurately
- Coordinate production, shipping, and sales timelines
- Recommend complimentary products for customer orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in order entry
- Proficiency with email, telephone, and order management software
