Business Support Associate, Investment & Retirement Solutions

About the role

Support the Investment & Retirement Solutions sales, service, and leadership teams by coordinating appointments and transactions, preparing retirement income quotes, monitoring retention transactions, and facilitating team workflow.

Responsibilities

- Call plan members to schedule appointments with sales consultants.
- Review retirement documentation for accuracy and actionability.
- Prepare retirement income quotes and process transactions as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support timely transactions.
- Manage incoming requests and sales opportunities, and handle general administrative duties.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications





- Three to five years of experience in the Canadian insurance or financial industry, preferably with retirement products and services.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of group savings products and pension legislation, and RPA or CEBS designations, are assets.
- English-French bilingualism is an asset.

Compensation

Base salary: $45,600–$68,400 annually. Other variable compensation may also apply.
