As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers across Merrithew and affiliated companies. Build talent pipelines, shape recruitment strategies, and support diverse hiring across multiple business units. Your work includes sourcing passive candidates, guiding structured interviews, and improving candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment across three international regions
- Partner with hiring managers on current and future hiring needs
- Create job descriptions, postings, and sourcing strategies
- Maintain candidate records and metrics in ADP Applicant Tracking System




- Support onboarding and improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources designation is an asset
- Three to five years leading end-to-end corporate recruitment
- Experience recruiting across Canada, United States, and United Kingdom
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and talent sourcing experience
- Solid communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
