Maintain pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems as a Certified Red Seal Millwright at Tolko's Lavington lumber mill near Vernon, British Columbia.

This Certified Millwright position supports protected, reliable manufacturing operations within Tolko's high-performance team. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, read blueprints, and maintain mill machinery. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role also includes knowledge sharing with apprentices and independent work with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain pumps, conveyors, compressors, rollers, chains, and bearings
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mill equipment




- Inspect machinery to identify irregularities and malfunctions
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, lubricate, and repair mechanical systems
- Share maintenance knowledge with apprentices

Requirements:

- Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright certification
- Hydraulic systems troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
