Coordinate residential energy retrofits for CLEAResult across New Brunswick using English, French, building science, and detailed program tracking. This remote role welcomes candidates across Canada.

As an experienced Bilingual Retrofit Program Advisor, you will support direct install energy efficiency programs in Atlantic Canada. You will oversee advisors, contractors, and stakeholders while following single-family rental homes through evaluation, upgrades, verification, invoicing, and reporting. New Brunswick candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain participation agreements from housing managers, owners, and tenants
- Coordinate housing corporations, nonprofits, vendors, advisors, and contractors
- Review evaluations, retrofit plans, invoices, and site photos




- Prepare work orders and coordinate deficiency corrections
- Track program stages and compile monthly funder reports

Requirements:

- Fluency in spoken and written English and French
- Work from home location in Eastern Canada
- Residential retrofit, construction coordination, or program administration experience
- Working knowledge of building science and HVAC retrofits
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and project tracking tool proficiency
