This Converting Set-Up Operator position supports flexible packaging production through equipment setup, inspections, recalibration, and minor troubleshooting. You will verify films, review dockets, record errors, and use TORI during shifts. The role also supports operator training, safety checks, rework coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
