At Courtyards at Linden Pointe, the Maintenance Technician works alongside the Maintenance Manager to maintain buildings, common areas, suites, grounds, and community assets. The position supports Assisted Living and Memory Care residents by preserving safety, functionality, and appearance. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, equipment care, and emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain community interiors, exteriors, suites, grounds, and common areas
- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, carpentry, and painting repairs




- Inspect the community daily and address maintenance concerns promptly
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and annual service tasks
- Support resident requests, housekeeping, equipment storage, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of verifiable direct maintenance experience
- Secure handling experience with construction, maintenance, and landscaping tools
- Effective verbal and written English communication
- Required state or provincial certifications maintained
