NeoNova Decor is hiring a full time 3D Product Rendering Associate in Markham. Your primary responsibility is to create and update 3D product images for our website. You'll also handle showroom sales when customers come in. We expect the successful candidate to start in about one month.
What you'll do
- Create website-ready 3D renders of bathroom vanities, mirror cabinets, and related products. Show product dimensions, materials, colours, and finishes accurately.
- Update existing renders when product specifications or finishes change, and work with the team to keep product images consistent across the website.
- When covering the showroom, independently help customers find products they saw in an online ad or on our website, explain options, check stock, and complete purchases at the posted prices. If an item is unavailable, offer a suitable alternative or check when it will be back in stock. Follow up as agreed and carry the sale through to the order.
What we're looking for
- You can independently produce polished 3D product renders using Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp with V-Ray, or equivalent software.
- You communicate clearly with customers and can carry a sale through from the first conversation to the order.
- You take initiative. You learn the product line, check the information available to you, and ask focused questions when you need more detail. When plans change, you find a practical next step and follow through.
- You want to improve your craft and grow the business with us. For example, if customers keep asking about the difference between two finishes, you can work with the team to show that difference more clearly in the product renders.
Pay: CA$3,500 per month. Work location: In person in Markham, Ontario. Benefits: Employee insurance through Sun Life.
Apply through Indeed with your résumé and a portfolio link or two to three examples of 3D product renders you've worked on. For shared projects, tell us which parts you handled.
Accommodations are available upon request during the recruitment process.
