Responsibilities Process invoices in OpenInvoice (OI); review for accuracy, route through to the appropriate workflow and help with OI inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Understand other Enverus systems that feed into OI, such as OpenTicket, Pricebook and OpenOrder. Manage integration errors between OpenInvoice and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) accounting system.

Enter journal entries, run reports and reconcile vendor accounts within D365. Manage weekly, mid-month and monthly payment proposals. Assist with vendor queries and account reconciliations. Review employee expense reports in Emburse Professional for appropriateness and accuracy.

Handle outgoing wire transfers, in international currency; includes banking confirmation, wire tracking and recording of these payments in our accounting system. Manage monthly tasks such as office rentals and corporate card entries. Provide support with ad hoc projects or assignments, as required, including testing system updates and or new processes.





Qualifications A minimum of 7 year's experience in AP, preferably in oil and gas.

Required Skills Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable processes.

Experience with managing AP policies and documentation.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, OpenInvoice and various Enverus systems would be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills are necessary to engage with suppliers and employees at all levels throughout the organization. Able to work independently within a small team workplace.

Well organized, able to multitask and resolve issues independently, but also work within a team to complete shared tasks.
