Advisor coaching and wealth management expertise define this hybrid Meridian role. Support leaders and advisors across retail branches throughout the assigned geographic region.The Advisor Experience Specialist strengthens advisor effectiveness, member engagement, and practical adoption of Wealth initiatives. You will coach on discovery, planning conversations, activity management, referrals, and asset consolidation.

The role also analyzes performance indicators, planning quality, member feedback, and field observations. Meridian requires flexibility to travel and at least one office day weekly.Key Responsibilities:





Coach advisors and leaders on sales effectiveness and member engagementAnalyze performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and actionsReinforce best practices and sustain behavioural change across WealthSupport financial-planning conversations, referrals, and activity managementRecommend improvements using advisor and leader feedbackRequirements:

Five to seven-plus years of relevant advisor-support experience recommendedStrong knowledge of wealth management and holistic financial planningStrong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and presentation skillsDegree or equivalent education and related industry experienceCSC, CPH, CIM, CFP, or PFP accreditation considered an assetBring wealth management, coaching, analysis, and communication skills to strengthen advisor effectiveness and member outcomes at Meridian.
