This full-time, permanent Toronto position combines AEM development with front-end craftsmanship and back-end services. You will build maintainable templates and components, configure digital asset workflows, optimize caching, and support Multi-Site Manager implementations. Collaboration with UX, creative, project management, and development teams helps translate designs into scalable enterprise solutions across the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Translate creative designs into high-quality responsive front-end implementations

Build AEM templates, components, dialogs, and up-to-date framework solutions

Configure DAM metadata, schemas, and content workflows





Optimize dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and CDN performance

Participate in estimation, design, testing, deployment, and support

Requirements

Three to five years of hands-on AEM implementation experience

Advanced dispatcher, caching, and CDN optimization understanding

Strong Apache Sling, Felix, OSGi, CRX, and JCR experience

Java, JEE, Spring, and test-driven development experience

Post-secondary Computer Science education or equivalent experience
