Reporting to the Manager, Industrialization Program, this Project Manager develops and executes plans aligned with manufacturing strategies. The work covers manufacturing cell design, plant layout, Make versus Buy business cases, and project governance. Success requires aerospace manufacturing knowledge, Lean concepts, and experience leading project teams.

Requirements

Technical post secondary degree

Five plus years aerospace engineering, methods, or manufacturing experience In depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing systems and aircraft

Solid project management and project team leadership experience

Experience implementing new manufacturing technologies and Lean concepts

Apply aerospace manufacturing systems, Lean improvement, and project leadership expertise to industrialization programs at De Havilland Canada.
